These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website revdriveagency.com (the "Site") and the B2B appointment setting and related sales development services (the "Services") offered by RevDrive Agency ("RevDrive Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
RevDrive Agency provides outsourced B2B appointment setting services, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, CRM integration, and related sales development activities. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set forth in a separate service agreement, proposal, or order form ("Service Agreement") executed between RevDrive Agency and the client.
Our Site and Services are intended for use by businesses and business professionals in a B2B context. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms and any applicable Service Agreement.

Fees for Services are set forth in the applicable Service Agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable Service Agreement or required by law.
While RevDrive Agency uses commercially reasonable efforts, trained personnel, and established best practices to generate qualified appointments, we do not guarantee specific volumes of appointments, conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or business results. Sales and business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, the client's product or service, pricing, and sales team execution.
Engagements are generally provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. RevDrive Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in the event of non-payment, misuse of our Services, or breach of these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RevDrive Agency or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Call scripts, outreach sequences, and campaign materials developed by RevDrive Agency in connection with a client engagement remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, though clients are granted a license to use such materials in connection with the applicable campaign during the engagement term.
Each party agrees to protect the confidential business information of the other party disclosed in connection with the Services, using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and not to disclose such information to third parties except as necessary to perform obligations under these Terms or as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevDrive Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to RevDrive Agency in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevDrive Agency, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable law.
The Site and our Services may incorporate or link to third-party tools and platforms (such as CRM systems, scheduling tools, or form providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
